Next Wave acts as the intermediary. You pay us, and we handle payments to the student. This streamlines the process and ensures compliance with employment regulations.

How are students paid?
Students are paid £12 per hour, with an additional charge per hour billed to cover tax, holiday pay, administrative costs, and service fees.

The whole process takes roughly,1.5 – 2 weeks from posting the job to making your final selection.

What are the typical working hours per week, and is there a minimum?
Typically students are available for 5-18 hours a week. There is no minimum hours required.
What if the student isn’t performing well?
If the student is underperforming, we’ll replace them free of charge to ensure your role continues smoothly
